DESCRIPTION:Join Bronx School for Music for our second annual\, “Sweet Summer Yoga Flow”\, with Cece Thomas. RSVP below! \nThis special event encourages us as a musical community to connect breathing with Music & Movement. Musicians sometimes forget to breathe while performing and this class will be an exciting way for students to start learning how to become in tune with their body through breathe and movement! \nThis class from 10:00am to 11:00am will be open to teens and adults. A youth yoga class will be offered from 11:00am to 12:00pm for little ones wishing to explore their body and movement! \nAbout the instructor: \nCece Thomas is a New York based yoga instructor with a deep passion for people and connecting one another through community. Inspired by music\, poetry and rhythmic energy embodiment\, she believes yoga is the balance of polarities ignited by the breath\, allowing for more peace and harmony within.  \nHow to access Bronx School for Music: \nBSM is located at 3348 Perry Ave.\, Bronx\, NY 10467. Class will take place in BSM’s outdoor event space. If you are driving\, there is a free parking lot located directly across the street between 3341 and 3347 Perry ave. To enter the lot\, please call 347-202-5402 and ask the reception to open the gate!
